Understanding supervision, priority and Homecoming
The visit and inspection counts above are the measurable differences between plans. “Basic”, “Regular” and “Enhanced” describe service levels; specific tasks and response arrangements need to be agreed in your service agreement before you choose. Priority does not mean guaranteed emergency cover.
Homecoming coordination is different from the cost of a trip package. Inspection, cleaning, shopping and transport are scoped and quoted for each trip; third-party costs are additional.
