What happens during a visitLocal support for parents and homes in Ernakulam, born from one family’s experience of living apart.
This is our storyNivora began with a difficulty in my own life, and a wish to make things easier for other families.

I spent six years living and working in Saudi Arabia. My home is in Kottayam, while my wife worked and my daughter studied in Ernakulam. As our family’s needs changed, my parents also had to move to Ernakulam.
Being abroad, I had no close friends or relatives nearby to turn to there. Whether it was an unexpected situation or a family occasion to organise, finding someone I could trust to stand beside my family was difficult.
That experience taught me how much it matters to have someone locally who can check on your parents, help look after the home and coordinate practical support when it is needed.
That is where Nivora Care Connect began. I wanted to turn a challenge I had experienced into a service for other families living with the same distance.

Your parents’ independence, privacy and preferences come first. We start by understanding how they want to live and where help would be welcome. Our role is to support your family when you cannot be there yourself.
Tell our team in Edappally a little about your parents, your home, and the help you have in mind. We’ll work out the next step together.
